Food Hamper

Our Full Food Hamper Program supports individuals and families experiencing food insecurity by providing essential groceries and pantry staples.
Here’s how it works:
  1. Call to Book an Appointment
To request a food hamper, please call us at 403-652-2195 ext. 2 during office hours:
    • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    • 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  2. Connect with a Team Member
When you call, one of our team members will gather basic information to understand your current situation and schedule an appointment time.
  3. Pick Up Your Food Hamper
On your appointment day, you’ll receive a hamper filled with a variety of fresh, frozen, and non-perishable food items tailored to your family size. Please remember to bring ID for everyone in your household (any form of ID, such as health cards, is accepted).
  4. Program Guidelines
    • You may receive a food hamper up to 8 times in a 12-month period.
    • There must be at least 30 days between appointments.
    • Appointments depend on availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Confidential and Respectful Service
We are committed to treating everyone with dignity and respect. Your information is kept confidential, and our goal is to support you through difficult times without judgment.
